We are the Kellers.
We live in a rural part of Northwest Arkansas where we are seeking to raise "a godly seed" with God's help. We have eight children who have always been home schooled. The two oldest boys (ages 22 and 20 right now) are married, and our first grandchild is due November 2015 - very exciting!
We have been searching for a church home for several years but don't seem to fit with any of the usual denominations around here. David (the dad) trained for the ministry with the Free Presbyterian Church of North America (beliefs here), and we still hold to those theological views. Our church plant effort here lasted several years but fizzled as people moved away and we spent some time out of state with David's non-ministry work assignments as a construction manager.
We are seeking to find young men of like mind for our daughters. We know we can't be alone. So we are sending out a "message in a bottle" to see if there is any response.
Hannah is the oldest girl at home. She is 18 and is already a manager at the local Chick-fil-A. She graduated from home school at age 16 in May 2013 and began working for Chick-fil-A shortly thereafter. She is a hard worker with a sweet attitude and loves to make crafty things and hang out with her sister (her best friend) and other special girl friends. She owns her own car debt free and is saving up her money for the day she can be a stay-at-home mom.
Ruth is the next girl. She is 16 now (turning 17 in December 2015). Ruth is finishing up high school at home and also working at Chick-fil-A. She is responsible and hard working and has been given leadership responsibilities at Chick-fil-A already. She likes living in the country, hanging out with her sister and other special friends, drinking coffee, and crafting. She also owns her own car.
Sarah is 13, and is our sweet little cheerful helper. She makes sure everything gets done around here and is always serving and willing to please. We had some lambs here for a while (so we could eat grassfed lamb - mmm! Sarah took care of them every day, bringing them out to "pasture" in the tall grass in our overgrown vegetable garden and making sure they had shade and water when the sun was too hot.
Jonathan is 12 and is our happy helper too. He has some rabbits he cares for and takes care of household chores every day while he works on 7th grade. He and Jeremy work together on local grassroots political activism. Actually the whole family does at times as we are able.
Abigail is the baby, and she is 8. She loves being "the baby" and doing 3rd grade and helping out and doing anything the others are doing.
